User Account

All computer users create a Two-way Strong user account. The system checks whether the phone number and e-mail address have been registered already at time of user registration. The system will not allow duplicate phone numbers and e-mail addresses when the user creates their user account. If the user intends to use Two-way Strong in cases where legal documentation is a requirement (payment processing for instance), the user must submit at least one form of government-issued identification.

The creation of unauthorized test user accounts for the purposes of software testing is discouraged. The system may identify such accounts as fake and will inactivate or delete them as a result.

Each person on a software development team should create a legitimate user account and use it for testing purposes. If the software developer needs to have test user accounts, Two-way Strong may be able to accommodate a request for authorized test user accounts. Contact technical support for more information.
